Alta Vida at Camelback Resort proudly presents the Mountainside Swiss Fondue & Raclette Experience, a limited-time alpine pop-up featuring visiting Swiss chef Olivier Gerspacher from Swiss Summit Distribution.
Set within a warm, woods-inspired alpine setting, this exclusive culinary experience showcases two iconic Swiss traditions. Guests will enjoy rich, bubbling Swiss cheese fondue, paired with bourguignonne-style meats, fresh seasonal vegetables, and artisan accompaniments. Alongside the fondue, guests are invited to experience traditional Swiss raclette, melted tableside and served over baby potatoes, cornichons, pearl onions, and cured meats — a convivial ritual at the heart of Swiss mountain culture.
The experience is elevated by a curated selection of Swiss red and white wines, thoughtfully chosen to complement both the fondue and raclette courses.
The evening concludes on a decadent note with classic Swiss chocolate fondue, offering a refined and indulgent finale that completes the alpine journey.
